Stonebrae Country Club had a lot of advantages in its favor: a hilltop setting overlooking the San Francisco Bay, a pristine golf course, country club amenities and luxury homes. However, their location—though breathtaking—was far off the beaten path, posing a pointed marketing challenge.

We felt the best way to bring prospects to Stonebrae was to bring Stonebrae to them. This was achieved with a DVD presentation that vividly demonstrated Stonebrae’s striking features and surroundings. The DVD was the centerpiece of a direct mail campaign sent to targeted groups in the Bay Area.
