O’Brien Homes was looking to create a cohesive brand identity for Fusion in Sunnyvale, a townhome community in the Silicon Valley’s thriving tech industry. Their aim was to create messaging that appealed to young professionals while emphasizing the community’s modern appeal.

Based on the tech-savvy target demographic, we felt the best way to connect with potential buyers was to communicate with them on their own level – utilizing numerous mediums and electronic forums. Fusing bold headlines with tech-inspired designs, the community’s print ads, e-blasts, social media and head-turning website left a lasting impression.
